Partner Network Technical Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and delivery of technical content that supports NVIDIA's channel partners.

• Design and conduct technical training workshops aimed at a large EMEA channel community, with a focus on promoting NVIDIA AI enterprise solutions.

• Collaborate with leaders in Solutions Architecture, partner organizations, sales, and technical marketing teams.

• Facilitate both in-person and remote training sessions for NVIDIA's customers and partners.

• Aid in the development of training materials related to NVIDIA AI and data center technologies.

• Work together with internal and external subject matter experts to draft course proposals that align with market trends and customer needs.

• Educate both internal and external team members to lead specific workshop sessions.

• Create engaging, lab-based training experiences that include diagrams, explanatory videos, and interactive hands-on exercises tailored for the EMEA Channel landscape.

• Incorporate key features of NVIDIA solutions into project-based learning experiences.

• Assist in the development of instructor delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials.

• Facilitate the interpersonal aspects of training and workshop facilitation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Expertise in delivering training and presentations effectively.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to partner audiences.

• Proven capability in designing and implementing accelerated computing solutions.

• Familiarity with SLURM, Kubernetes, Docker containers, Git, Python, CUDA, RAPIDS, AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of technical field experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in data center-related technologies that support AI, including storage, networking, or accelerated computing.

• Required experience in training delivery.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of a matrixed organization.

• Experience in creating and delivering in-depth training for technical selling audiences.

• Demonstrated experience in Field Engineering or Solutions Architect roles.

• Experience optimizing workloads with GPUs, including CUDA, CuDNN, and TensorRT.
