This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategies to discover, engage, qualify, recruit, onboard, activate, and maintain professional partners across the United States.
• Perform prospect research and outreach utilizing LinkedIn, email, phone calls, webinars, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Organize and facilitate professional discovery meetings with potential partners.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with CPAs, CFOs, accounting experts, tax professionals, business owners, and sales specialists.
• Assist in creating and continuously enhancing partner-management infrastructure, which includes qualification benchmarks, CRM pipelines, outreach methodologies, workflows, agreements, onboarding, training, communication strategies, referral tracking, assignment workflows, compensation monitoring, reporting, retention protocols, and SOPs.
• Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion by documenting objectives, structuring plans, delegating tasks, setting deadlines, following up, resolving issues, and reporting results.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools for meeting summaries, action items, project planning, research, SOP creation, communication, follow-up, reporting, and documentation.
• Recruit and mentor future team members, delegate tasks, establish KPIs, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure team accountability.
• In the first 90 days, create partner profiles, qualification standards, project plans, CRM pipelines, prospecting and outreach methods, discovery workflows, onboarding and training protocols, dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and repeatable SOPs.
• Start assembling a foundational network of around 25 qualified partners across five partner groups.
• Develop a qualified, engaged, productive, and professionally managed partner network.
• Collaborate with BFG leadership and maintain regular communication with U.S.-based professionals and management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Approximately 5–10 years of pertinent professional experience.
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, B2B relationship management, account management, or professional services.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in constructing or refining processes and workflows.
• Background in developing, supervising, or managing teams.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong discipline in documentation and follow-up.
• Proficient with CRM, project management, collaboration, and AI tools.
• Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of accountability.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Clear, professional pronunciation with a neutral or internationally comprehensible accent.
• Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
• Confidence in communicating with senior professionals in the U.S.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Presence in Zoom/video meetings that conveys professionalism.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly.
• An MBA/PGDM is preferred but not required.
• Experience with U.S. companies, clients, professional service firms, accounting/financial service organizations, outsourcing companies, BPOs, SaaS providers, consulting firms, or staffing agencies is especially advantageous.
• Familiarity with technologies such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Zoho AI, or similar tools is preferred.
