This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Oversee communications with partners in the Experts Partner Program through various channels, including Slack, Office Hours, and newsletters.
• Take charge of co-marketing initiatives with Expert Partners, focusing particularly on event formats.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop engaging partner enablement content.
• Cultivate relationships with leading expert partners in conjunction with Partner Managers.
• Coordinate with the automation team to establish systems that enhance the scalability of the Experts Partner Program.
• Determine the content and attendees for partner events in collaboration with Sales and DevRel teams.
• Monitor and report on event outcomes, including generated leads and pipeline attribution.
• A strong collaborator capable of working alongside the Partnerships team while upholding marketing objectives.
• Highly organized and proactive in approach.
• Proficient in partnering with others to amplify marketing efforts.
• Experience in organizing small to medium-sized events.
• Willingness to travel for key events throughout the year in EMEA and the US.
• Proficiency in English, as it is the company's primary language.
• For candidates outside Germany, a valid right to work is necessary; visa sponsorship is available for Germany.
