This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners, which include system integrators, consultancies, and technology alliances.
• Take ownership of a partner-sourced revenue target.
• Generate new pipeline through collaborative business plans, co-selling with Account Executives, and partner-led implementations.
• Ensure partners possess both technical and commercial expertise in Rasa’s innovations.
• Design and implement go-to-market campaigns, such as webinars, case studies, and events.
• Highlight joint value propositions and produce qualified leads.
• Act as the internal advocate for partners.
• Work closely with Product to communicate market feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to guarantee that partner-led projects adhere to deployment quality standards.
• Maintain data accuracy in SFDC.
• Monitor partners, enablement, certifications, deal registration, and pipeline health.
• Accurately predict business growth.
• Report directly to the Director of Partnerships.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development within the B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software sectors.
• Experience in the AI, Data, or Developer Tool industries is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing partner-sourced revenue targets.
• Understanding of co-selling and driving the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
• Capability to convey the value of Conversational AI and LLMs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with C-level executives.
• Skill in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to determine how Rasa aligns with a partner’s business model.
• Proficient in structuring mutually advantageous deals and initiatives.
• Capacity to excel in a high-growth, rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Self-driven and organized.
• Must reside in the United Kingdom or Germany.
• Rasa offers assistance with work authorization exclusively for candidates based in Germany.
