This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the strategy for recruiting and nurturing strategic partners throughout the UK region.
• Create a pipeline driven by partners that contributes to revenue goals in the UK.
• Enable, certify, and provide partners with the necessary tools to position and sell Omilia's platform effectively.
• Oversee the health and performance of the UK partner portfolio, including conducting business reviews and joint planning sessions.
• Manage partner relationships comprehensively as the main point of contact.
• Monitor and report on partner activities and co-selling opportunities to the VP of Sales, UK.
• Identify, assess, and recruit system integrators, technology alliances, and CCaaS partners.
• Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements in collaboration with the Legal and Finance teams.
• Design and implement partner onboarding, training, and certification programs.
• Develop collaborative go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and joint pipeline generation activities.
• Work closely with Sales on deals that are sourced or influenced by partners.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting to ensure technical enablement during implementations.
• Organize and facilitate regular partner business reviews.
• Track partner KPIs and take necessary corrective actions.
• Represent Omilia at partner and industry events throughout the UK.
• Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data within CRM and partner management systems.
• Provide updates on partner pipeline, revenue contributions, and program health to the VP of Sales, UK.
• Demonstrated experience in partner, channel, or alliance management within B2B SaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Experience working within the UK market is essential.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven capability to create and manage joint business plans with technology or systems integrator partners.
• Strong skills in relationship management and negotiation, including experience with commercial contracts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting teams.
• Familiarity with CRM and partner management platforms.
• Consistent habits in pipeline management and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Established network of system integrators or technology partners in banking, insurance, healthcare, or utilities within the UK.
• Knowledge of contact center technology, CCaaS platforms, or conversational AI solutions.
• Experience in establishing a partner program from the ground up in a scale-up environment.
• Additional language skills relevant to the UK market are a plus.
