Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy for recruiting and nurturing strategic partnerships throughout the DACH region.

• Create a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline that contributes to revenue objectives in DACH.

• Ensure that partners are enabled, certified, and prepared to effectively promote and sell Omilia's platform.

• Oversee the health and performance of the DACH partner portfolio through business reviews and collaborative planning.

• Serve as the main liaison between Omilia and its partners in the DACH region.

• Monitor and report on partner activities and co-selling opportunities to the VP of Sales, DACH.

• Identify, assess, and recruit system integrators, technology alliances, and CCaaS partners.

• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.

• Create and implement partner onboarding, training, and certification initiatives.

• Formulate joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing efforts, and collaborative pipeline generation activities.

• Coordinate deals influenced by and sourced from partners with the Sales team.

• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting on the technical enablement of partners.

• Organize and facilitate partner business reviews.

• Track partner performance against KPIs and implement corrective measures as needed.

• Represent Omilia at partner and industry events throughout the DACH region.

• Ensure accurate data maintenance in CRM and partner management systems.

• Report on partner pipeline, revenue contributions, and program health to the VP of Sales, DACH.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in partner, channel, or alliance management within B2B SaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.

• Experience working within the DACH region.

• Proficiency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.

• Proven ability to develop and manage joint business plans with technology or systems integrator partners.

• Strong relationship management and negotiation capabilities, including experience with commercial contracts.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting teams.

• Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools.

• Consistent discipline in pipeline management and reporting practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
