Partner Integration Manager – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish new collaborations with European e-commerce partners for the Kaufland Marketplaces.

• Manage the complete partner onboarding process.

• Assess partner solutions based on the specific challenges they address for sellers, encompassing onboarding, logistics, pricing, content, and repricing.

• Utilize and showcase partner solutions as drivers of growth.

• Ensure that partner solutions are actively integrated and utilized throughout the seller journey.

• Develop documentation and carry out initial marketing activities on partner sites.

• Monitor seller adoption of partner solutions and identify optimizations based on seller impact, activation, GMV, and churn reduction.

• Collect seller feedback and convert it into partner requirements and product ideas for other teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and Tech Development to transform ideas into highly adopted features.

• Represent the marketplace at e-commerce events and expand a network of multipliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed a business apprenticeship or possess a university degree, such as in Information Systems or Business Administration.

• 2–3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or product management in the e-commerce sector.

• Understanding of APIs and technical integration concepts adequate for translating between partners and engineering.

• Deep technical/coding skills are not mandatory.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and develop a partner/product roadmap.

• Proactive approach and hands-on mentality.

• Fluent in English at C1 level.

• Proficient in German at B2 level or additional European language skills are advantageous.

• Familiarity with Jira, Tableau, and BigQuery is a plus.
