This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the enablement relationship for a designated portfolio of partners, covering everything from partner initiation and onboarding to the first transaction and ongoing development.
• Develop and sustain partner training plans that align with business priorities, learner needs, partner performance, product updates, and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions on Intermedia products, features, pricing, positioning, tools, and processes.
• Tailor training for partner sales representatives, sales support teams, sales engineers, and support staff.
• Organize training logistics, communications, materials, attendance, and follow-up for onboarding programs, workshops, webinars, and partner events.
• Create and enhance facilitator guides, presentations, hands-on activities, talk tracks, job aids, and other educational content.
• Collaborate with Sales Training, Product, Marketing, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, and other stakeholders to design and refine enablement programs.
• Utilize partner performance data, learner feedback, and training outcomes to pinpoint knowledge or skill gaps and enhance enablement strategies.
• Leverage Power BI and other available tools to assist in program measurement.
• Manage Partner Enablement resources on the company intranet, MyIntermedia.
• Ensure that the Enablement Experience delivers consistent and valuable activity and outcome data to the Intermedia sales channel.
• Stay informed about Intermedia solutions, channel trends, competitive advancements, and partner requirements.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects, communicate progress and risks, and work autonomously while contributing to team objectives.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, partner sales, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales training, facilitation, coaching, or enablement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Capability to facilitate instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person formats, adjusting delivery according to audience needs.
• Strong written communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship-building skills across various organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, needs assessment, learning objectives, practice, feedback, and training evaluation.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyze performance data and learner feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar business tools.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50 percent for partner training, meetings, and events.
• Preferred: experience in unified communications, cloud communications, SaaS, telecommunications, or another technical B2B solution environment.
