This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the commercial success and lifecycle of designated strategic B2B payments partnerships, from initial launch to revenue realization.
• Track and report on partnership KPIs, including payment volume, revenue, merchant adoption, sales pipeline, and activation rates.
• Formulate account growth strategies and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Enhance revenue realization through proactive engagement with partners and effective business planning.
• Collaborate to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and demand generation initiatives alongside partners.
• Work with Marketing on partner enablement materials such as email campaigns, web-to-lead forms, social media advertising, landing pages, sales collateral, and press releases.
• Design and refine the merchant onboarding process to boost conversion and activation rates.
• Create training materials, documentation, enablement resources, and reseller certification programs for partners.
• Provide training to internal SDR and Inside Sales teams, partner sales organizations, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Act as the internal advocate for partners and relay their feedback to Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Recognize process enhancements that can improve partner experience, merchant success, scalability, efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Organize internal resources for successful partner launches and continuous support.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partner stakeholders to assess performance and strategic initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, channel sales, fintech, SaaS, or payments.
• Proven track record in growing strategic partnerships and generating revenue.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in creating go-to-market strategies and sales enablement programs.
• Capability to manage several partner initiatives at the same time effectively.
• Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution capabilities.
• Preferably experienced in payment processing, merchant acquiring, embedded payments, PayFac, integrated environments, or fintech.
• Preferably have experience working with ISVs, VARs, referral partners, or reseller ecosystems.
• Familiarity with payment economics, interchange, merchant onboarding, and payment technology is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language used.
