This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement Cohere's partner go-to-market strategy specifically for the Enterprise & Public Sector Market.
• Collaborate with the wider GTM team to identify and onboard impactful partners, including system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs, cloud providers, and public sector consultancy firms.
• Cultivate relationships with government agencies, municipalities, public sector institutions, enterprises, and technology partners.
• Oversee partner onboarding, certification, and training initiatives.
• Enhance partner enablement through sales and technical workshops.
• Establish co-sell strategies, solution plays, and strategic joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Generate a joint pipeline and target high-value commercial and government contract opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of partners with Cohere's strategic objectives, performance metrics, compliance, and reporting obligations.
• Conduct joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Monitor sourced and influenced ARR against established targets.
• Communicate partner feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with Public Policy teams on government AI policies, regulations, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Promote Cohere's vision and solutions at partner and industry events.
• Establish thought leadership through briefings, speaking opportunities, and collaborative projects focused on AI in government and public services.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management within the technology sector.
• Ideally, experience in AI or cloud solutions, with a proven track record of contributing to enterprise ARR and public sector partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of public sector organizations, government agencies, municipal institutions, enterprise markets, and key industry sectors.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and negotiation, with a history of driving partner success.
• Proven experience and expertise with Sovereign Cloud GTM.
• Ability to navigate intricate regulatory and compliance environments, including AI ethics, government policies, and public sector procurement standards.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
• Experience collaborating with major system integrators, global consultancies, hyperscalers, and public sector technology partners, including joint GTM and co-sell efforts.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Results-oriented growth mindset with a propensity for action.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural, start-up-paced environment.
• Must possess authorization to work in the country of current residence.
