This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design and implement the EMEA go-to-market strategy for key GSI partners, ensuring alignment with Cribl’s global alliance approach and regional sales goals.
• Collaborate with Cribl and GSI sales teams to pinpoint accounts, cultivate opportunities, and assist in joint customer engagements.
• Build and nurture relationships with GSI partners, engaging with senior leadership, practice leads, as well as sales and technical teams.
• Support partners in enhancing their Cribl capabilities through training, certifications, enablement, and collaborative business planning.
• Develop consistent partner solutions and services focused on security, observability, cloud, and data.
• Facilitate connections between Cribl account teams and the appropriate GSI teams, establishing a rhythm for account mapping, opportunities, and joint initiatives.
• Manage partnership metrics, including pipeline, revenue, enablement, and partner engagement, complemented by regular business reviews.
• Expand Cribl’s GSI business throughout EMEA.
• Elevate Cribl’s presence within strategic GSIs, transforming relationships into customer opportunities and revenue across the EMEA region.
• Significant experience in alliances, strategic partnerships, channel, or enterprise sales in the SaaS or enterprise software sector.
• Experience collaborating with major GSIs, preferably including Accenture and/or Deloitte.
• Comprehensive understanding of how major GSIs function and their go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, observability, data, SIEM/SOC, cloud, or managed services.
• Proven ability to cultivate partner relationships that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Capacity to work autonomously and initiate projects from strategy through to execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and senior executives.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work across various EMEA time zones when necessary.
• Flexibility to perform tasks beyond standard working hours on occasion.
• Experience in developing GSI-led managed services or MSSP offerings (preferred).
• Background in a rapidly growing technology company (preferred).
• Established relationships within the EMEA GSI ecosystem (preferred).
