Participant Recruitment Partner/Sourcer

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and engage highly qualified specialist participants.

• Build and maintain Prolific’s participant pool.

• Collaborate with client-specific AI delivery teams, serving as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related operations.

• Deliver results on customized client projects, meeting or exceeding project objectives.

• Maintain and enhance the quality, diversity, and readiness of the participant pool.

• Design and oversee verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers.

• Optimize recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels utilizing data-driven insights.

• Monitor and evaluate candidate engagement and quality metrics.

• Convert quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable enhancements and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to candidates residing in the US or Mexico only.

• Demonstrated success in recruitment excellence, with experience in attracting and engaging top-tier talent in high-growth talent acquisition environments.

• Experience in executing innovative, high-volume sourcing strategies and creating scalable pipelines of elite candidates.

• A builder mindset with a strong passion for innovation.

• Proficient hands-on experience with modern sourcing and outreach platforms, such as LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, deliver promptly, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Highly data-driven and commercially aware, with confidence in utilizing analytics and operational metrics.

• Experience with global crowdsourcing or gig economy platforms is especially valuable.

• Experience in supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects, including data labeling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation, is particularly beneficial.

• Preference will be given to candidates who can begin employment within the next 2 weeks.
