This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee participant communication and engagement strategies for Large, Mega, and Not-for-Profit clients.
• Manage various ad-hoc initiatives such as Merger & Acquisition transitions, plan design rollouts, and annual enrollment campaigns.
• Develop and execute virtual-first, data-centric engagement methodologies.
• Influence participant behavior and drive quantifiable results.
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients by presenting strategies, achieving consensus, and delivering regular updates in person, virtually, and by phone.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Communications, Education, Marketing, Product teams, clients, advisors, and intermediaries.
• Define the scope, logistics, and success metrics of campaigns.
• Oversee project workflows, including planning, creative briefings, approvals, budget tracking, and metrics reporting.
• Create and customize engagement materials using templates and bespoke assets.
• Ensure materials align with client branding, plan design, and participant requirements.
• Provide client recommendations that align with the appropriate service model and participant wellness objectives.
• Enhance return on investment.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to departmental strategy and innovation.
• Manage a portfolio of clients or projects.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, finance, education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the retirement services sector.
• Strong understanding of defined contribution, defined benefit, and non-qualified plans.
• At least 5 years of experience in participant engagement, education, or communications.
• Experience in developing multi-channel strategies and executing campaigns.
• Client management experience in corporate benefits, education, or marketing.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive consensus at all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Advanced project management capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Workfront, Salesforce, and digital engagement platforms.
• Understanding of Generative AI tools for synthesizing information and creating communications.
• Knowledge of budget management and reporting.
• Capability to align campaign recommendations with client objectives.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with seasonal volume changes.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.
• Ability to travel via air, automobile, train, and other modes of transportation.
