Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Sell and ensure complete distribution of all authorized Hershey products within the designated territory.

• Guarantee impeccable execution of corporate sales and merchandising strategies with various retailers.

• Construct displays, enhance distribution of top-performing products, and restock permanent secondary displays.

• Meet merchandising goals through the use of permanent secondary displays and other display methods.

• Provide weekly updates on activities, expenses, competitive insights, account modifications, promotions, and administrative tasks.

• Log daily activities via tablets at the conclusion of each day.

• Visit around 6–10+ accounts each day.

• Travel to each retail location and conduct multiple sales calls daily.

• Oversee the assigned sales territory, taking into account territory size, number of retailers, and geographical location.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the specified territory zip codes.

• Must possess a valid driver's license issued by a US state.

• Must have a personal vehicle that is in good working order.

• Must maintain personal auto insurance with at least $300,000 coverage per person, $300,000 per accident, and $100,000 for property damage.

• Must list The Hershey Company as an additional insured or interested party on the policy prior to employment.

• Must be capable of driving long distances and making multiple sales calls each day.

• Must be able to lift weights between 10–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and exhibit manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must be proficient in using tablet technology.

• Must have daily access to wireless internet.

• Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.

• Availability to work between 20–25 hours per week.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

• 3–4 years of experience in food merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.
