This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Promote and ensure top-tier merchandising of Hershey products.

• Create displays, enhance distribution of best-selling items, and restock permanent secondary displays.

• Implement sales priorities and support retail strategies within a designated territory.

• Utilize consultative selling techniques, influence, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with store leadership and retailers.

• Formulate and execute retail priorities prior to each store visit.

• Sell and ensure 100% distribution of authorized Hershey products.

• Implement sales and merchandising strategies from headquarters across various retailers.

• Meet merchandising goals through the use of permanent secondary displays and other display methods.

• Provide weekly reports on activities, expenses, account updates, promotions, and administrative details.

• Log daily activities using tablets.

• Visit approximately 6–10+ accounts each day.

• Must live within the specified territory zip codes: 94503, 94533, 94534, 94558, 94559, 94585, 94589, 94590, 94591, 95616, 95618, 95620, 95687, 95688, 95694.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by a US state.

• Have a personal vehicle in good working condition.

• Maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, allowing for business use.

• Must be capable of driving long distances and making multiple sales calls daily.

• Ability to lift weights ranging from 10–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Proficient in using tablet technology.

• Daily access to wireless internet is required.

• Must show flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.

• Availability for work between 20–25 hours per week.

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• 3–4 years of food merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.
