Part Time Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral or functional analytic assessment processes.

• Create case supervision and clinical management plans.

• Design and execute ABA treatment plans.

• Provide consultation to RBTs or BTs on client and family matters.

• Choose suitable stimulus materials and treatment methods according to age and capability.

• Engage clients and families in setting treatment goals and instruct families on treatment strategies and carryover skills.

• Deliver clear and concise instructions when introducing therapy materials and techniques.

• Accurately document and track daily progress for clients and families.

• Utilize session time effectively to achieve objectives.

• Offer timely and precise feedback to clients and families.

• Plan discharge processes for the individuals served.

• Guide and mentor RBTs through an innovative telehealth care model.

• Implement digital phenotyping, advanced assessment tools, and asynchronous supervision technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Broad knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.

• Understanding of services related to Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Previous managerial experience.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Excel, database management, and record-keeping.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills.

• A high level of confidentiality.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities.

• Experience in completing stage two assessments.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis.

• Minimum of two years of experience working with pediatric populations.

• At least two years of experience in applied settings conducting functional assessments/analyses and developing, implementing, overseeing, monitoring, and adjusting functional behavior plans.

• Over one year of experience in Telehealth supervision.

• Residing in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

• Availability to work within the hours of 8am–5pm MT.

• Must comply with local, state, and federal regulations and follow Frontera policies and procedures.
