Part-Time Technology Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Director of Technology and Project Management in various aspects of the technological landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to provide exceptional customer support and tracking.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Place orders for inventory.

• Set up and deactivate software as needed.

• Process user additions, relocations, and modifications.

• Perform user audits.

• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships.

• Assist Placemakr team members with troubleshooting efforts.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with development, support, and sales teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

• Address outstanding issues with vendors or departments within the defined SLA.

• Identify areas for process enhancement and increased efficiency.

• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to navigate and learn new systems with ease.

• An associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience.

• Strong customer service capabilities.

• Familiarity with basic networking terminology.

• Willingness to learn new systems and create documentation.

• Excellent independent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
