Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual Accelerator Learning Labs in place of absent Leadership Coaches.

• Facilitate two-hour online sessions for groups of 5–8 college-student Fellows, utilizing the established curriculum.

• Prepare for delivering Braven content by collaborating with the Braven team and practicing independently.

• Participate in approximately six hours of Leadership Coach training.

• Engage effectively with Fellows, making a positive impact on college students.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report directly to the Associate Director of Volunteer Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.

• Outstanding skills in teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking.

• Familiarity with Zoom and experience in a virtual facilitation environment.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Willingness to learn and openness to constructive feedback.

• Demonstration of Braven's core values.

• Experience that aligns with Braven's mission and prepares you to work with Braven's student Fellow population.

• Ability to work remotely from one of Braven's current operating states: GA, IL, NY, or NJ.

• Availability for evening and weekend work.

• Access to the Internet.

• Access to a personal computer.

• Consistent availability during at least three designated time slots each week.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Braven does not provide employment visa sponsorship.
