Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in a continuous telemedicine setting.

• Deliver care to a varied demographic experiencing mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across multiple locations.

• Accept and provide treatment for ADHD clients through the ADHD Clinic.

• Refer clients to in-person providers when their symptoms are too severe for telemedicine-only treatment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• A minimum of three years of experience is preferred; one year of psychiatric practice is mandatory.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must be licensed and reside in the state where they will be practicing.

• Part-time roles require a commitment of 15–20 hours weekly.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and practices, followed by a brief examination.

• Must be willing to treat individuals aged 14 and older.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
