Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through ongoing telemedicine services.

• Prescribe medication as needed to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer necessary documentation and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.

• Accept and provide treatment to ADHD clients via the ADHD Clinic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is considered an advantage.

• A minimum of three years of experience is preferable; at least one year of psychiatric practice is mandatory.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must reside and hold a license in the state where they practice.

• Part-time positions require availability of 15 - 20 hours per week.

• Must be willing to treat clients aged 14 and older.

• All clinicians must complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a brief examination.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
