Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients through ongoing telemedicine services.

• Provide treatment for clients aged 14 and older.

• Prescribe medication as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.

• Deliver care to a diverse clientele experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license with Board Certification is essential.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience is advantageous.

• At least 4,000 hours of collaborative practice experience is mandatory.

• Must hold a license and reside in Alabama.

• Part-time availability requires 15–20 hours per week.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is beneficial.

• Openness to treating clients aged 14 and up is necessary.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.
