Part Time Project Based – Resilience, Energy, and Innovation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a premier consulting group focused on resilience and innovation.

• Engage with smart and high-performance building standards, technology, energy efficiency, and training initiatives.

• Participate in energy-related programs, outreach, education, and training efforts.

• Manage smart or high-performance building projects or similar tasks.

• Collaborate with a variety of project stakeholders.

• Professionally represent the company and project team.

• Attend virtual meetings and some in-person assignments as required.

• Dedicate approximately 20 hours per week to project-based tasks.

• Enthusiastic about smart building solutions, green building, energy efficiency, and resilience.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple priorities across active project timelines.

• Flexible and adaptable, able to meet changing project demands and team requirements.

• Accountable and communicative, skilled at effectively interacting with diverse project stakeholders.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication.

• Capable of representing the company and project team in a professional manner.

• Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a credential such as LEED GA, LEED AP, or ICC CALGreen Inspector.

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Environmental Studies (completed or in-progress) or equivalent technical training.

• Familiar with construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, and building materials relevant to the discipline.

• Experience in energy-related programs, outreach, education, and training.

• Must reside within the USA.

• Willing to work during PST hours.

• Requires 3-5 years of experience managing smart or high-performance building projects or a related field.

• Educational background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or City Planning.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently.

• Able to attend virtual meetings and occasional in-person assignments.
