Part-time PPC, Meta Ads Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Initiate and configure advertising campaigns on Meta Ads

• Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance and react swiftly to any changes

• Optimize budgets, target audiences, placements, and overall campaign frameworks

• Analyze essential performance metrics to determine the causes of performance declines

• Experiment with new target audiences, offers, and advertising creatives

• Offer suggestions for new advertising creatives

• Ensure accuracy in tracking and conversion events

• Generate regular performance reports

• Engage in discussions about results, challenges, and optimization strategies with the PPC Team Lead

• Resolve issues related to advertising accounts, ads, and moderation

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads

• Ability to independently manage multiple advertising accounts at the same time

• Solid understanding of performance marketing and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR, etc.

• Capability to recognize optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions autonomously

• Practical experience with Lead Generation campaigns

• Comprehensive understanding of cold audiences, retargeting strategies, and Lookalike audiences

• Experience in testing various audiences and advertising creatives

• High attention to detail when handling advertising budgets

• Ability to independently manage your responsibilities without constant oversight

• Proficiency in English for working with advertising platforms, ad copy, and daily communication

• Experience in real estate projects (preferred)

• Familiarity with the Dubai / UAE market (preferred)
