Part-Time Loan Sales Specialist, Evenings & Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers in a part-time, text-based Loan Sales position.

• Interact with customers and potential clients nationwide through clear, friendly, and professional written communication.

• Clarify loan options and guide customers through the application process effectively.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections through written exchanges.

• Offer timely education and next-step guidance to customers who have initiated applications.

• Customize messaging based on customer needs and available lending options.

• Establish customer rapport and trust through friendly, polished, and persuasive writing.

• Verify information, assist with document uploads, respond to questions, and manage objections.

• Keep accurate notes and documentation within internal systems.

• Handle multiple customer conversations and application tasks while meeting service, quality, and response-time standards.

• Complete training on sales and product knowledge.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, lending laws, and compliance regulations.

• Achieve or surpass monthly performance metrics and utilize feedback and coaching to enhance results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a call center environment, ideally with a dialer system or managing high-volume calls.

• Familiarity with consumer lending products, credit reporting, and underwriting support functions.

• Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and sales capabilities.

• Understanding of sales and customer service techniques and principles.

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and sales skills/tactics.

• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented setting.

• Competent computer skills.

• Self-driven and performance-focused.

• Capacity to adapt to evolving sales scenarios and customer needs.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of credit bureau reporting.

• Availability for evening, night, and weekend shifts during weekdays.

• Must reside in an approved location by the start date.
