Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee a Product Collection Program at a customer location as part of the recycling initiative.

• Comply with health and safety regulations, processes, and best practices.

• Deliver inspection services, including assessments of collection bins and facilities.

• Gather data utilizing a mobile application.

• Prepare containers for shipment once they are full.

• Generate weekly activity reports through the mobile app.

• Collaborate with the client to enhance program efficiencies.

• Execute project billing and cost tracking tasks as necessary.

• Keep an inventory of inspection supplies.

• Provide assistance to customers during off hours as required.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

• Prior work experience (mandatory).

• Experience in a customer service environment (preferred).

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to travel between customer locations (mandatory).

• Personal vehicle required for commuting between customer sites.

• Capability to obtain and maintain credentials to provide services at client sites.

• Completion of all necessary training provided by Arcwood.

• Ability to respond to customer needs during off hours as required.
