Part-Time Education, Content Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the operational coordinator for the program, ensuring the progress of various projects.

• Organize meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate guests and contributors.

• Keep the team informed about deadlines, prepare necessary materials prior to meetings and recordings, and ensure follow-up afterwards.

• Develop presentations and documents using Canva.

• Upload and oversee content on platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, or similar services.

• Manage website content through WordPress or a comparable content management system.

• Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT, to create summaries, conduct research, compile show notes, and repurpose content.

• Draft newsletters, emails, and basic social media content.

• Edit longer recordings into short clips and perform fundamental video editing tasks.

• Generate simple performance reports detailing content metrics, audience growth, and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Significant experience as an Executive Assistant and in project coordination.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and pursue outstanding tasks effectively.

• Capable of working independently and taking initiative without constant guidance.

• Familiarity with video and podcasting platforms such as Zoom, Riverside, or similar tools.

• Proficient in using Canva, WordPress, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

• Availability to work approximately four fixed hours each day (Monday to Friday) with reasonable overlap with Melbourne business hours.

• Prior experience in podcasting or educational content creation is highly desirable.

• Experience in working with healthcare, dental, medical, or professional education sectors is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp is highly desirable.

• Experience in social media scheduling is highly desirable.

• Basic video editing skills are highly desirable.
