Content Tagging Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assess and categorize digital content, which includes videos, audio files, and listings.

• Allocate appropriate tags, categories, keywords, and metadata in line with established guidelines.

• Adhere to taxonomies, tagging protocols, and internal processes.

• Examine existing tags and metadata for mistakes, inconsistencies, duplicates, or omissions.

• Conduct quality checks on tagged content.

• Report unclear or complicated cases to supervisors or quality assurance teams.

• Work together with team members to uphold and enhance tagging standards and classification procedures.

• Achieve productivity and accuracy benchmarks.

• Keep organized and precise records of content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role, such as content tagging, content classification, data annotation, or metadata management.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of repetitive tasks.

• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with content management systems, spreadsheets, or analogous digital tools.

• Capability to follow detailed instructions and consistently apply established guidelines.

• Good organizational skills, patience, and a responsible approach to repetitive tasks.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting.

• Openness to working assigned shifts, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level (advanced) is essential.

• Must reside in Colombia or another specified country during the application process.

• Must possess a laptop or computer.

• Willingness to engage with adult services' sites (18+).
