Part-Time Digital Marketing and Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Enhance, visually improve, and publish around three content pieces each week.

• Edit and distribute about one short video featuring the founder weekly.

• Design engaging graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and website articles.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance content quality and streamline workflows.

• Identify relevant financial topics and opportunities for valuable content.

• Coordinate targeted marketing and lead-generation efforts.

• Track website traffic, social media engagement, and inquiries.

• Provide a concise monthly report that highlights results, insights, and suggested changes.

• Transform existing brand materials, AI-generated content, founder-led videos, and other provided material into captivating and cohesive marketing.

• Monitor outcomes, clarify what strategies are effective, and suggest actionable improvements.

• Collaborate with the internal team; substantive financial content is reviewed and approved internally prior to publication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Only applicants based in South Africa will be considered.

• Practical experience in managing social media and digital content is essential.

• Proficient graphic design and short-form video editing skills are required.

• Familiarity with AI tools, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms is necessary.

• A good understanding of mortgages, banking, debt, and personal finance is important.

• Experience with analytics, campaign tracking, and lead generation is preferred.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills are a must.

• Initiative to suggest improvements and implement them independently is required.

• Experience in marketing financial or professional services is a plus.
