📋 Description

• Create and draft content for social media paid advertisements

• Generate innovative concepts based on thorough consumer and competitor analysis

• Develop and oversee the organic content strategy

• Implement marketing strategies for acquisition and reactivation

• Enhance the conversion funnel to boost user interaction and elevate conversion rates

• Assess optimal times and placements for ads to maximize impact across various media channels and platforms

• Identify and categorize target audiences through market research and customer insights

• Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) utilizing analytics tools and customer data

• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests for messaging, creative content, audience targeting, and channel choices

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor tactics, and new marketing technologies

• Ensure that acquisition marketing campaigns adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and brand standards

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field

• 4+ years of experience in supporting digital marketing strategies, ideally within the healthcare sector or a similarly regulated industry

• Capacity to master marketing automation platforms and analytical tools

• Familiarity with paid social advertising, audience segmentation, conversion funnel enhancement, and A/B testing

• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and KPIs and converting insights into actionable optimizations
