📋 Description

• Be online and accessible for 5 days every week, including Saturday from 10am to 12pm PT, Sunday from 6am to 8am PT, and three additional weekdays from Monday to Friday between 6am and 8am PT.

• Adhere to the established procedure for entering data into the Alloy Platform by 8am PT, which includes logging into retailer portals, downloading data, and uploading it into Alloy’s system.

• Provide proactive updates to the Alloy internal team via Slack regarding any issues or delays.

• Conduct quality checks to verify data accuracy.

• Manage incoming tickets and allocate them to the relevant groups when time permits.

• Address customer inquiries through Alloy’s Zendesk ticketing system when time allows.

• Assist Alloy.ai’s commerce intelligence platform by ensuring clients receive the most current retailer data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must consistently work 5 days a week totaling 10 hours: Saturdays from 10am to 12pm PST, Sundays from 6am to 8am PST, and 3 additional weekdays from Monday to Friday between 6am and 8am PST.

• Availability to work on statutory holidays is required unless prior unavailability is coordinated.

• Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Comfortable working with data and verifying its accuracy.

• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and minimal supervision.

• Dependable and capable of communicating effectively and concisely with remote team members.

• Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk software is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Completion of a basic background check is required upon receiving an offer.

• Must accept and adhere to all Alloy security policies.

• Must possess a computer with full hard disk encryption or discuss alternative options in advance.

• Work must be performed from the United States or Canada unless previously discussed with the manager and Operations contact.
