Part-Time Customer Retention Representative – PM Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Safeguard business interests on behalf of the Company

• Assist customers who reach out to cancel by emphasizing the importance of retaining their coverage

• Perform policy maintenance tasks

• Address inquiries related to coverage, premiums, and various policy details

• Draft professional business correspondence

• Operate independently and make informed judgment calls

• Initiate outbound calls to current policyholders to recover overdue premium payments

• Reintroduce policy benefits and deliver exemplary customer service

• Document policyholder details for reporting and transactional use

• Exercise discretion and tact while providing customer support

• Maintain extensive telephone communication using appropriate telephone etiquette

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Fundamental Microsoft Office abilities, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are essential

• A minimum typing speed of 30 wpm is necessary

• Previous experience in a call center setting is advantageous

• Some background in insurance and/or sales is preferred

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required

• Capability to resolve complex policyholder concerns with a positive mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively

• Familiarity with life and/or health insurance terminology is a plus

• Consistent and dependable attendance for the assigned shift is expected

• Flexibility to work full-time and/or part-time based on job specifications
