This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consistently observe pertinent subreddits and community conversations for clients to detect trends, sentiments, and fresh insights at an early stage.

• Understand memes, abbreviations, and in-jokes within the context of the specific Reddit community.

• Evaluate communication on the platform, focusing on tone, humor, formats, and typical comment structures.

• Identify strategically significant topics, discussions, and opportunities for clients.

• Create genuine communication strategies for Reddit and execute them in collaboration with the team.

• Record significant community observations and convey insights to the team in an organized manner.

• You are an active Reddit user with a deep understanding of the platform’s culture and dynamics.

• You grasp memes, abbreviations, ongoing jokes, and the unwritten rules of various communities.

• You can recognize different communication styles and trends and articulate and contextualize them effectively.

• You have a keen interest in online communities, internet culture, and digital discussions.

• You operate in a structured, independent, and dependable manner.

• You possess strong written and verbal English communication skills.
