• Develop suitability reports encompassing a diverse array of advisory services, financial products, and investment strategies.

• Conduct essential technical research.

• Ensure that client records are equipped with adequate Know Your Client information to validate the suitability of advice.

• Maintain client records with precision and ensure they are up to date.

• Collaborate with the Financial Planner to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Attend client meetings to assist with cashflow modeling as needed.

• Manage workload effectively to meet personal performance targets.

• Communicate with Financial Planners regarding anticipated delivery timelines.

• Oversee processes and tasks in alignment with FCA regulations.

• Maintain core systems and upload documentation to the back-office system.

• Identify and report risks, breaches, and errors, along with mitigation actions and controls.

• Broaden industry and company knowledge through both internal and external resources.

• Engage in local projects that support the Financial Planning Team.

• Proven experience in paraplanning, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.

• Established track record in delivering written financial advice.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective stakeholder management with strong influencing capabilities.

• Proficient literacy, numerical, and analytical skills.

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS).

• A commitment to further development and the pursuit of relevant examinations toward Chartered status.
