Paralegal/Support Lawyer – Energy and Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist the Energy & Infrastructure team with various corporate and transactional issues.

• Participate in the preparation, review, and management of documentation related to transactions and corporate matters.

• Coordinate workstreams and oversee crucial actions, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Create and maintain transaction checklists, signing trackers, and closing documents.

• Oversee document execution processes and requirements for completion.

• Communicate with lawyers, clients, company secretaries, advisors, and other stakeholders.

• Provide support for corporate governance and company secretarial tasks as needed.

• Conduct document reviews, organize substantial amounts of information, and keep precise records.

• Offer regular updates on the progress of matters and highlight any risks or delays.

• Contribute to know-how, precedent, and process enhancement initiatives within the team.

• Perform additional responsibilities as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate law, company secretarial duties, or general corporate transactions.

• LPC, SQE, law degree, or equivalent legal qualification, including qualifications from foreign lawyers.

• At least two years of experience as a Paralegal, Support Lawyer, Company Secretary Assistant, or in a corporate legal role.

• Essential prior experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, or general corporate law.

• Experience in supporting transactions, managing documentation, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for tasks.

• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Available for fully remote work.
