This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of a substantial employment-based immigration caseload independently, ensuring precision and excellent client service.
• Prepare and submit non-immigrant petitions, which include H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 applications.
• Assist with immigrant processing tasks such as PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, and EB-2 NIW.
• Compose compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A applications that effectively articulate eligibility arguments.
• Draft straightforward H-1B letters and basic responses to RFEs with polished, client-ready writing.
• Prepare comprehensive responses for intricate RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit requests, including organized exhibits and timelines.
• Maintain meticulous case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are met.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders through professional written and verbal communication in English, and Spanish when necessary.
• Provide proactive updates, identify risks early, and ensure progression of cases without needing frequent follow-ups.
• Guarantee that all drafting and client communications are crafted by humans and maintain a professional standard, avoiding reliance on AI-generated content.
• 2–3+ years of direct experience as a business (employment-based) immigration paralegal within a law firm or corporate immigration setting.
• Practical experience in preparing and supporting filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3.
• Proficient hands-on experience with PERM, I-140 (EB categories), and I-485 case support, including managing complex documentation workflows.
• Proven capability to independently oversee a high-volume caseload with minimal oversight.
• Strong legal drafting abilities, encompassing support letters and detailed responses to RFEs/NOIDs/PERM audits.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English for client interaction.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a high-output legal environment.
• Experience in drafting support for EB-2 NIW and organizing evidence (preferred).
• Familiarity with complex O-1 case strategy support, including evidence mapping, exhibit indexing, and narrative development (preferred).
• Acquaintance with common immigration case management systems and disciplined tracking practices (preferred).
• Previous experience in supporting multiple attorneys/clients simultaneously within a structured, metrics-driven environment (preferred).
