Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist one or more attorneys within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) contracting team.

• Engage in the preparation of legal contract documents.

• Create document drafts from templates for attorney review.

• Manage subsequent document versions incorporating client or consultant revisions.

• Integrate comments and edits from internal stakeholders.

• Provide support with the intake, tracking, and management of active contract files.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a legal, contracts, administrative, business operations, project coordination, or a similar field.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously with suitable guidance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with skills in document formatting, tracked changes, comments, and document comparison features.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work precisely with complex documents.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred experience in supporting contracts, legal documentation, compliance, procurement, business operations, or related functions.

• Preferred experience working within a corporate legal department, law firm, healthcare organization, or similar professional services setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is preferred.

• Familiarity with the healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or employee benefits sectors is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
