Paralegal, Removal Defense Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee a significant caseload from start to finish, emphasizing family-based immigration assistance.

• Prepare, review, and finalize application packets in accordance with firm standards.

• Verify that all necessary evidence is included and undergoes quality control.

• Conduct client interviews efficiently.

• Equip clients and organize documentation for USCIS interview scenarios.

• Quickly respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Manage revision returns and handle client callbacks promptly.

• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout their cases, clarifying processes and setting expectations.

• Keep accurate and organized case files within the firm's legal database.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume immigration law.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficient in I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions.

• Proven ability to independently manage complex case types and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Exceptional communication and client service abilities, with a strong focus on detail.

• Familiarity with legal case management systems.

• Experience with Filevine is preferred.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Must have a dependable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera.
