Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Offer legal assistance to the law firm.

• Perform legal research and aid in case preparation.

• Enter new client data into Leap case management software.

• Populate Wealthdocs and Elderdocs for document generation.

• Choose clauses that align with client design sheets, dictated memos, and intended outcomes.

• Incorporate custom clauses into Wealthdocs and Elderdocs.

• Input client-supplied financial data into Asset+Map, RightCapital, Nitrogen, and Riskalyze.

• Prepare opening and closing documents for Probate, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and various other case types under attorney supervision.

• Draft deeds and certificates of trust.

• File deeds and certificates of trust electronically.

• Liaise with clients and communicate with courts and clients via phone or Zoom.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure prompt service delivery and meet client expectations.

• Ability to draft legal documents effectively.

• Competence in managing case-related tasks and adhering to deadlines.

• Experience or capability in utilizing Leap case management software.

• Familiarity or ability to use Wealthdocs and Elderdocs for document creation.

• Experience or capability in using Asset+Map, RightCapital, Nitrogen, and Riskalyze for financial analysis.
