This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the health and expansion of PlaytestCloud's international player panel.

• Define and monitor metrics that link panel performance, player experience, studio requirements, and business growth.

• Examine panel data to uncover significant opportunities, limitations, and risks.

• Transform insights into actionable recommendations and collaborate with relevant teams to implement and evaluate enhancements.

• Work in partnership with Research Operations, Product, and GTM.

• Create a reporting routine, performance framework, and roadmap for ongoing team utilization after the contract concludes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent hands-on experience in managing, operating, expanding, or optimizing a large participant panel, research-participant community, or gaming community, including aspects like participant supply, retention, quality, segmentation, and/or incentive strategy.

• Possess a commercial and analytical mindset; capable of identifying essential metrics, linking them to customer and business outcomes, and utilizing data for decision-making.

• Proficient in querying databases using SQL.

• Familiarity with agentic AI tools such as Claude or Codex.

• Self-motivated individual who can tackle ambiguous challenges, create structure, and drive work independently.

• Practical problem-solving abilities; adept at translating analysis into clear priorities and actions.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Experience in qualitative research, including participant recruitment, study operations, interviews, usability testing, or research synthesis (preferred).

• A genuine interest in games, player research, or the gaming industry (preferred).

• Valid work permit for the location where the candidate intends to work.
