Paid Social Performance Marketing Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire the skills necessary to effectively manage client relationships and create as well as implement social media advertising campaigns over a 12-month traineeship.

• Formulate strategies for dynamic, rapidly expanding brands.

• Oversee ad placements and carry out campaign monitoring and optimization using Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and other platforms.

• Gather campaign outcomes and produce campaign documentation.

• Track, assess, and enhance campaigns utilizing standard KPIs such as ROAS, CPO, CPC, and CTR.

• Compile reports and generate actionable insights.

• Deliver presentations of results and recommendations to clients.

• A completed degree in media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline—or a compelling demonstration that a degree is not necessary.

• Ideally, a strong passion for digital media and current trends.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• A data-driven work approach.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• An independent, self-motivated working style combined with a proactive hands-on mentality.

• A desire to contribute significantly to the growth of a young company.

• Proficient German language skills (C1), both written and spoken.

• Proficient English language skills (B2), both written and spoken.
