This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create, launch, and oversee Meta campaigns, ad sets, and advertisements across prospecting and retargeting funnels.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Enhance campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, and CVR objectives and expand successful segments.
• Develop and improve audience targeting, lookalikes, interest stacks, and exclusions.
• Execute retargeting strategies utilizing site, event, and engagement signals.
• Utilize first-party data for effective segmentation, match rates, and performance enhancement.
• Set up and verify Meta Pixel, events, and parameters through Events Manager/GTM as needed.
• Identify and resolve tracking gaps, configuration issues, and discrepancies across platforms.
• Ensure precise attribution, maintain UTM discipline, and guarantee a consistent flow of reporting data.
• Analyze campaign metrics to uncover issues and discover growth prospects.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular insights to the Paid Social Team.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Director and Paid Social Team on objectives and testing strategies.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), insights, and experimentation plans.
• Communicate risks, obstacles, and results to facilitate prompt decision-making.
• Over 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta paid social campaigns (building, launching, optimizing, A/B testing).
• Demonstrated expertise with Meta Pixel and events, including setup, validation, and resolving tracking discrepancies.
• Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to independently identify and resolve campaign and tracking challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Technical aptitude with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Meta Pixel, event setup/QA, attribution, UTM tagging, A/B testing, audience creation (lookalikes, retargeting), and utilization of first-party data.
• Familiarity with tag managers and data layers is an advantage.
• Hypothesis-driven testing, funnel analysis, budget pacing, performance diagnostics, and clear insight generation.
• Concise reporting, proactive updates, and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
• Headset with extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam.
• Backup computer and internet connection.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or equivalent or higher operating system.
• Availability of 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm Eastern Time.
