📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

• Research and engage in pertinent online communities, including Reddit discussions, LinkedIn groups, and industry-specific forums.

• Position SourceReady as a leader in thought leadership.

• Produce and edit both short-form and long-form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Address topics related to AI sourcing, supply chain insights, and business growth.

• Create video clips, motion graphics, and social media posts to enhance brand recognition.

• Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to boost visibility and engagement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to experiment with viral growth strategies, community engagement approaches, and influencer partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience in social media growth techniques, particularly on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Proven ability to craft engaging video content tailored for various platforms.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for creating social media graphics.

• A keen interest in AI and technology-related sectors.
