Paid Social Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the Paid Social marketing strategy roadmap.

• Create a high-performing Paid Social team to achieve revenue and profit objectives.

• Oversee the deployment and optimization of ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and additional paid social platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from global offices to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Perform competitor analysis to discover promising products and services within the paid social affiliate sector.

• Utilize performance marketing best practices to enhance marketing opportunities across various verticals.

• Design workflows and resources to enhance the skills of the Paid Social team.

• Cultivate relationships with affiliate partners.

• Direct tracking, reporting, and automation needs with internal teams.

• Enhance landing page experience and conversion rates through A/B testing in collaboration with the Digital Experience team.

• Provide updates on the strategy roadmap to the Leadership Team.

• Conduct performance evaluations and assist direct reports in their career development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in performance marketing on Paid Social platforms within a data-driven context.

• Proficient in utilizing ad serving technologies, platforms, and tools.

• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, capable of deriving actionable insights from data analysis.

• Background in Affiliate Marketing and/or Lead Generation.

• Capacity to build and lead a high-performing team.

• Innovative mindset for enhancing existing activities and discovering new opportunities.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with A/B testing, optimization, and continuous iteration.

• Highly skilled in Excel.
