This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, launch, and oversee Paid Social campaigns directly using Meta Ads Manager.
• Accurately establish campaign objectives, target audiences, placements, budgets, creative elements, and tracking.
• Conduct pre-launch checks on creative content, messaging, localization, URLs, and tracking mechanisms.
• Regularly assess campaign performance to identify changes, trends, and potential challenges.
• Make data-driven adjustments to enhance performance, efficiency, and lead quality.
• Assist in making scaling decisions for campaigns in collaboration with senior members of the Performance Marketing team.
• Uphold high standards of campaign organization and account maintenance.
• Support Paid Social initiatives across platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.
• Collaborate closely with Creative teams to obtain campaign assets.
• Test various creative formats, hooks, messaging, offers, and target audiences.
• Identify successful creative elements and areas needing enhancement based on campaign performance.
• Provide performance insights to Creative colleagues.
• Keep organized testing plans and document campaign learnings.
• Utilize approved AI tools as necessary for ideation, copy development, analysis, and efficiency improvements.
• Verify Meta pixels, events, and conversion tracking.
• Identify tracking or reporting issues and collaborate with Data colleagues for resolution.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
• Employ metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, lead quality, and acquisition efficiency.
• Translate campaign results into clear observations and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate creative production, translations, localization, and campaign approvals.
• Work in tandem with Creative, CRM, Data, and broader Growth teams.
• Keep campaign plans, assets, testing activities, and priorities well-organized.
• Clearly communicate changes in performance, issues, and learnings.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and ensure issues are resolved.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Meta, Paid Social platforms, creative trends, and customer behaviors.
• Share insights and learnings from campaigns and experiments with the team.
• Adapt positively to shifting priorities, platform updates, and performance trends.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including the building, launching, and managing of campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Experience monitoring Paid Social performance and adjusting campaigns based on analytical results.
• Understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, budgets, placements, and creative testing processes.
• Familiarity with Meta tracking systems, pixels, events, or conversion tracking.
• Confidence in interpreting essential Paid Social performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail in campaign setup and verification.
• An analytical mindset with a curiosity about performance variations.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns, creative assets, and priorities effectively.
• Eagerness to learn swiftly and continue enhancing Paid Social expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
• Experience supporting Paid Social campaigns in multiple countries or markets.
• Familiarity with channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.
• Experience using AI tools for creative development, copywriting, or analysis support.
• Knowledge of attribution and performance reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop or enhance performance marketing assets.
