Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion, CPG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisements for Meta across various placements including feed, stories, and reels.

• Develop short motion advertisements and animated versions of static designs, such as product animations, kinetic typography, and simple user-generated content-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into diverse concepts and variations for testing purposes.

• Enhance successful advertisements by incorporating new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze CTR, CVR, and ROAS performance to determine the next testing opportunities.

• Keep an eye on competitors and trends within the CPG and supplement advertising sectors, contributing fresh ideas.

• Ensure brand consistency while producing work focused on performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta ads that have been published, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable creating motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.

• Capability to produce numerous high-quality variations in a short time frame.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of performance marketing and the significance of an eye-catching first frame.

• Ability to accept constructive feedback and leverage data to inform creative choices.

• Self-motivated, capable of managing personal workload and meeting deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiarity with AI image and video tools within a production workflow.

• Experience designing for TikTok, YouTube, or Google paid advertising channels.

• Basic copywriting skills for creating compelling headlines and hooks.
