Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisements for Meta across various placements including feed, stories, and reels.

• Develop short motion advertisements and animated adaptations of static content, featuring product animations, kinetic typography, and straightforward UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into diverse concepts and variations for testing purposes.

• Iterate on successful advertisements by introducing new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze CTR, CVR, and ROAS performance and determine subsequent testing strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and trends within the CPG and supplement advertising sectors.

• Contribute fresh creative ideas to the team.

• Ensure brand consistency while striving for creative solutions that deliver results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta advertisements that were actually executed, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable working with motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar applications.

• Capable of producing numerous high-quality variations quickly.

• Comprehension of performance marketing fundamentals and principles of thumb-stopping first frames.

• Open to feedback and driven by data for iterative improvement.

• Self-motivated, able to manage personal workload and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiarity with AI image and video tools within a production workflow.

• Experience designing for other paid channels like TikTok, YouTube, or Google.

• Basic copywriting skills for creating headlines and hooks.
