Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisements for Meta across various placements including feed, stories, and reels.

• Develop short motion graphics and animated adaptations of static ads, which include product animations, kinetic typography, and simple UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into a variety of concepts and alternatives for testing purposes.

• Construct iterations on successful advertisements, incorporating new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to determine future testing strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and trends in CPG and supplement advertising to bring innovative ideas.

• Ensure brand consistency while striving for high-performing creative content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta ads that have been published, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable working with motion design tools such as After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.

• Quick and efficient; capable of producing numerous high-quality variations without losing focus.

• Possesses a foundational understanding of performance marketing and the significance of an eye-catching first frame.

• Open to feedback and adaptable, without being overly attached to personal work.

• Self-motivated; able to manage personal workload and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiar with AI image and video tools within a production workflow.

• Background in designing for other paid platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Google).

• Basic copywriting abilities for crafting headlines and hooks.
