Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisements for Meta across various placements including feed, stories, and reels.

• Develop short motion advertisements and animated adaptations of static ads, featuring product animations, kinetic typography, and simple UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into numerous concepts and variations for testing purposes.

• Enhance successful ads by implementing new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze CTR, CVR, and ROAS performance, determining future testing strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and trends in CPG and supplement advertising to introduce fresh ideas.

• Ensure brand consistency while producing creative content that performs effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta ads that were actually implemented, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable with motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.

• Capable of producing a high volume of quality variations in a short time frame.

• Understanding of performance marketing principles and the significance of a captivating first frame.

• Open to receiving feedback and utilizing data to inform creative decisions.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage personal workload and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiar with AI image and video tools within a production workflow.

• Experience designing for additional paid channels such as TikTok, YouTube, or Google.

• Basic copywriting abilities for crafting headlines and hooks.
