Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisements for Meta across various placements including feed, stories, and Reels.

• Develop short motion advertisements and animated versions of static ads, which encompass product animations, kinetic typography, and simple UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into several concepts and variations for testing purposes.

• Refine successful ads by introducing new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to assess CTR, CVR, and ROAS performance and determine future testing strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and emerging trends in the CPG and supplement advertising sectors.

• Contribute innovative creative ideas to the team.

• Uphold brand consistency while developing performance-oriented creative materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta ads that have been executed, not merely speculative work.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable with motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Capable of producing numerous high-quality variations quickly.

• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and the significance of an eye-catching first frame.

• Open to feedback and guided by data-driven decision-making.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage personal workload and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiarity with AI image and video tools within a production workflow.

• Experience designing for TikTok, YouTube, or Google paid channels.

• Basic copywriting skills for crafting headlines and hooks.
