Paid Social Designer, Statics + Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisements for Meta on various placements including feed, stories, and reels.

• Develop short motion advertisements and animated adaptations of static ads, featuring product animations, kinetic typography, and basic UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into diverse concepts and variations for testing purposes.

• Generate iterations on successful ads by incorporating new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze CTR, CVR, and ROAS metrics to determine the next testing strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and trends within CPG and supplement advertising, and introduce fresh ideas.

• Ensure brand consistency while striving for creative solutions that yield high performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta ads that have been executed, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable working with motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or comparable software.

• Capable of producing numerous quality variations swiftly.

• Knowledgeable in performance marketing and the significance of creating attention-grabbing first frames.

• Open to feedback and adept at utilizing data to inform creative choices.

• Self-motivated; able to handle personal workload and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiar with AI image and video tools within a production workflow.

• Previous experience designing for other paid marketing channels such as TikTok, YouTube, or Google.

• Basic copywriting skills for crafting headlines and hooks.
